Platform Refer provides a cloud-based platform that connects clients with professional service providers through project leads, opportunities, and referrals, including matching, communication, notifications, analytics, and related services.

You agree to use Platform Refer only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

When creating a Platform Refer account, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Be responsible for all activities performed using your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.

Platform Refer securely stores leads, project details, proposals, and referral communication to provide history, customer support, reporting, and service improvements. Users remain responsible for the accuracy of the information they share through their leads and referrals.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect customer data. However, users are responsible for maintaining secure passwords and protecting their account credentials. Platform Refer cannot be held responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised user credentials.

All software, designs, trademarks, logos, documentation, source code, graphics, and other materials available through Platform Refer remain the exclusive property of Platform Refer and its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of the messages, files, project details, and information submitted through Platform Refer. By using the platform, you grant Platform Refer permission to process and store this information solely for providing the requested services.

Certain Platform Refer services require an active subscription. Subscription fees must be paid according to the selected billing plan. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, Platform Refer does not guarantee continuous availability. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Platform Refer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including business interruption, data loss, or lost profits.

You agree to indemnify and hold Platform Refer, its employees, affiliates, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.

Platform Refer reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform without prior notice.
