By purchasing any Platform Refer subscription or service, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our

Terms of Service, and this Refund Policy.
If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- Monthly and yearly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the subscription has been activated.
- If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused days or remaining subscription periods.
- Custom development or integration services.
- Setup, onboarding, or implementation charges.
- Professional consultation or lead-management support already delivered.
- Any promotional, discounted, or special-offer subscriptions unless otherwise stated.
Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, including:
- Duplicate or accidental payments.
- Incorrect billing due to a verified technical error.
- Failure to activate the purchased subscription because of a Platform Refer system issue.
All such requests will be reviewed individually, and Platform Refer reserves the right to approve or decline any refund request.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting our support team. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically qualify for a refund of previous payments.
If Platform Refer permanently discontinues a paid service without providing an equivalent replacement, eligible customers may receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of their subscription.
